The worst experience ever in my life. I had to pay for internet out of my own plan a day. The manager was rude, and I was threatened by the staff, that If I kept complaining I would have to find another place to go to. There are cockroaches on the wall at night, that I had to kill. The food and customer service are horrible. The place is nasty. The ad should be taken off Expedia. I tried to call you to tell you this but my phone is out of range

Fairly close to GIG airport, very reasonable price and was in a safe and convenient location for food options - great variety of food options in the mall opposite the hotel. Staff are helpful, great service, location and cleanliness. No complaints! :)

The property is located in a very unsafe areas at foothill of violent favela. It shouldn’t ever be recommended in this site. It’s a shame and loss of my money. People with kids or just couples must not ever stay at that location.

The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

No frill in the middle of nowhere.

No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

Front desk personel was not well prepared to received , I arrived alitle early, but the the desk person(jenifer) was not wiling to help made me wait for an hour, and when it was my turn send someone else to attende who was asking personal questions out loud , from his desk. The hotel was nice fir the price , but ghe staff need alot training, to how to desl with the customers...

A cama o colchão velho, afunda quando senta, extremamente barulhento, pessoas gritando no corredor, os quartos nao tem nenhuma proteção mínima para os barulhos. Eu ainda perguntei se o andar era tranquilo . As 23:00 pessoas gritando no corredor. Dormir super mal péssima estádia. O hotel não tem número pra ligar pra reclamar nem whatsapp passaram caso fosse preciso fazer contato.

Hotel muito bom! Limpo, ambiente agradável. Localização boa em frente ao Norte shopping. Experiência super adequada ao meu objetivo. Voltarei com certeza. Não usei transporte púbico então em relação ao transporte não posso fazer uma boa avaliação.

Bem razoável. As fotos não condizem com as condições do hotel, caro para as características. Os travesseiros e as toalhas são de pessima qualidade. Não tinha toalha de rosto no banheiro e nem sabonete ou escova descartável. Nível de conforto minimo. Pelo menos o ar-condicionado funciona bem. Cafe da manha fraco.
