This is an Airbnb not a hotel. They had double booked and no one was on hand to tell me that until I was due to check in. The property manager offered some alternatives in completely different neighborhoods after I had already booked an alternate. This seems fraudulent to me. Expedia should do its diligence. Very bad experience. It is lucky I speak Portuguese and have friends who helped me manage being left with no place to stay at the last minute.
Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2019
