O apartamento é muito bem localizado, aparado ao seu redor com uma logística que atende as demandas necessárias como: padarias, mercados, drogarias, bares, pubs, restaurantes, e claro, a proximidade com a praia de Copacabana. No quesito segurança, não há qualquer reclamação, pois o prédio tem seu controle, com portaria 24hs e os arredores não deixam a desejar. Limpeza, estado de conservação dos móveis, bem como toda a estrutura do apartamento, estão em excelentes e perfeitas condições de uso. Dimensões grandes para um apartamento de um dormitório, com espaço suficiente a um ótimo conforto. Toda a infra (a exceção de pequenos detalhes sanáveis facilmente) de boa qualidade e funcionando sem decepcionar! Internet ótima e bom (diversidade de canais) pacote de TV a cabo, com proprietários acessíveis e gentis!

Parabéns aos proprietários que são pessoas muito simpáticas, hospitaleiras e agradáveis. Ficamos durante 8 dias neste maravilhoso apartamento, curtimos muito, tudo o que estava a nossa volta, o apartamento é excelente, tudo novo e de qualidade.
