Um dos piores apartamentos que fiquei.

Infelizmente, um dos apartamentos mais sujos que já fiquei na vida. Roupas de cama imundas, que tive que tirar pra dormir em cima de um lençol que felizmente trouxe de casa. Além disso, haviam vários restos de comida nos armários, que também não foram limpos. A privada está com problemas e o cheiro de esgoto impregna o apartamento se a porta não ficar fechada. O grande buraco no teto também proporciona a entrada de bichos (principalmente baratas). Ar-condicionado não funciona e as trincas de portas e janelas também não. Tragam sandálias, pois o chão não é varrido. Não sentem no sofá, pois o mesmo é infestado de sujeira. Mesmo que Niterói seja bonita, esse apartamento deixou muito a desejar e tornou a experiência bem ruim. Não há também padarias e mercados por perto, o que torna difícil a compra de mantimentos. Por fim, a diária é incrivelmente cara para o que proporciona, sendo muito melhor a locação de um hotel nas áreas próximas.

O apartamento entregue não tinha nada a ver com o da foto, estava sujo, sem toalhas e nem roupas de cama. O ar condicionado do quarto quebrado, enfim o apartamento em péssimo estado de conservação
