Bed huge and comfortable, room a little tired. Ate at pool bar- food was good and inexpensive. Information desk helped us check in for our next flight as we couldn’t translate the webpage into English- great service !

Beautiful, incredible gardening, decoration and recreational areas. Delicious breakfast. They even use loccitane for the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. Very recommended!

I had a nice room on 10th floor. Great breakfast, it’s a little confusing at first as there are 3 different blocks. I was in B to go to the gym its in C and ppl pool A, you have go to ground or second floor to change lifts.

Check-in was a disaster. Online checkin doesn’t mean you don’t have to stand in a line forever! They start queuing in the HOT lobby at 1:30pm and even being in line at 1:50, WE didn’t get out last room until after 5:30pm. We missed our PAID tour. They offer you a meal voucher for their less-than-satisfactory restaurant as compensation for waiting. If you’ve had a very long flight and are looking forward to a restful stay, the checking ordeal is probably not for you. Unless maybe you know someone and they bring your check in documents to you as you sit in a recliner in the lobby—while the rest of us hot, thirsty travelers look on. Otherwise our stay was nice. Need more shade umbrellas in the upstairs balcony/bar/pool area.

Amazing hotel, great location but the reception staff were not good. They were completely miserable and unfriendly or willing to help on every single interaction. It was the most unwelcome I had ever felt upon checking in and that continued through every single time I had to speak to them. Such a shame. Everything else was great, but the front desk staff bring everything down.

Great property. Room was clean and a great size. Location is amazing. Check-in/check-out can take a while depending on how busy it is. Otherwise everyone was attentive. Would stay here again!

Overall, the stay was decent. You might need to exercise some patience with this hotel, though. Pros: - Close to the beach - Lots of shops and restaurants nearby - Rooftop pool - A well-equipped gym with a nice view - Friendly service, for the most part Cons: - Service can be inconsistent and sometimes slow. Example 1: Our in-room Nespresso machine wasn’t working, so we requested a replacement. We waited a day, nothing. Asked again, waited another day, still nothing. Finally, on the third try, we got a replacement, but no replacement pods (the ones we had were wasted when we tested the broken machine). Example 2: We booked the room for two people, but when the dirty towels were removed, we only got one new towel. This happened both times our room was cleaned, which just felt odd for a room meant for two. The second time they took our hand towel but didn’t replace it. It’s a small thing, but when you have to call for basic items that should’ve been provided, it starts to feel like there’s a lack of attention to detail. - No ceiling ventilation in the bathroom. This might be common in Brazil, not sure, but it’s worth mentioning since it was pretty humid, and the AC didn’t reach the bathroom (even though the room was small), so it always felt warm and muggy in there. - WiFi was spotty and really bad in the room. - Both times the room was cleaned, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned.
