A nice hotel for two or three days only

The check-in was pretty cool. Fast and very friendly. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the fact they had sparkling water to sell at the lobby.

Só o atendimento salva

Tivemos uma experiência mista durante nossa estadia. O atendimento da recepção foi incrível, com funcionários sempre prestativos e prontos para ajudar, o que fez muita diferença na nossa estadia. Infelizmente, o hotel deixa a desejar na questão de higiene. O quarto inicial em que fomos acomodados não tinha janela, apresentava cheiro de mofo e era impossível permanecer nele, precisando solicitar a troca. Além disso, notamos bastante poeira nos quartos, o que compromete o conforto. Acredito que, com melhorias na limpeza e manutenção, a experiência no hotel poderia ser muito mais agradável, já que o atendimento da equipe é realmente excelente.
