The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

From the outside, the hotel looks lovely, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I encountered black flies in both the bathroom and the room, and the bedding did not appear fresh. The A/C unit also didn’t seem to respond to temperature adjustments, and the elevator was noticeably dirty. While the rate is budget-friendly, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Arrived at 12am.I knew check in was at 2pm.I was waiting at the reception.I then asked the reception if I could leave my bag till 2.Rudely replied No.She said no space in there but she was then happy to keep other guest’s bags till 2.I then waited till 2 at the reception.It took receptionist 30 mins to get my room keys sorted.Only 1 very slow and extremely rude lady at the reception.I took a 15 hours flight prior.I was so tired.Rooms are boiling(A/C exist but don’t work properly),bedsheets were dirty and stinky.They charge you $2 for a bottle of water when you leave(not mentioned anywhere).It’s a scamming hotel,not 5 star maybe 2 stars,horrible horrible staff.
Reception lady mentioned luggage room is completely full.Lol.She then accepted this silver case from another case.

O hotel é Ok, entrega o que o valor do custo-benefício propõe. O problema é a internet. As operadoras móveis Claro e Vivo não tem um bom sinal na região e a internet oferecida pelo hotel é impraticável. Neste ponto em especial, foi a minha pior experiência em anos.

Das Frühstück war gut, die Klimaanlage kühlte den Raum sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist abgenutzt. Die Lage ist im Zentrum, wo nachts 4 Tage in der Woche bis rd. 3 Uhr nachts die Party abgeht. Trotz Zimmer auf der 7 Etage ist es unerträglich Schlaf zu finden, wenn das Zimmer zur Straße hinausliegt. Auf den Fotos machte alles einen besseren Eindruck. Ich würde wg. des Lärms nachts und für den Preis dort nicht wieder übernachten.

1º cheguei e me colocaram em um quarto com hóspedes. O 2º quarto que fui colocado o ar era portátil e não funcionava . O 3º quarto o ar por mais que fosse split não funcionava . O café da manhã que geralmente salva a estadia no domingo foi um desastre , o leite estava frio , os ovos cheio de cascas . Infelizmente desta vez foi tudo péssimo. Espero que da próxima vez a estadia seja a contento pois gosto muito do hotel e da localização. Enfim péssima experiência.
