This hotel is terrible, it’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, and the hotel is dark and old, everything is old, the hallways are very dark. And even the mirrors on the stair walls are broken. They even charge R$30 if you want to put your luggage in their storage for a little while after you check out. It’s not worth the money even though the hotel charge low price. Not recommended

The stat here was okay but the beds didn’t have sheets and the curtains had holes in them. The breakfast was not good. Yoghurts were served warm as well as milk for cereal. Only one protein source which were hot dogs in a tomato based sauce. The decor was nice outside the other things mentioned

Ran down hotel in the middle of nowhere

Really disappointed in my stay. We ended up checking out the same night. Walls are filthy, sheets dirty. The first room we were assigned had wet floors from the AC. The next room they moved us too was not better. This isn’t a luxury hotel

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Atlântico Prime!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Atlântico Prime, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, stylish décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the hotel truly made the difference. Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available to assist with any needs during my stay. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-quality toiletries and a refreshing rain shower. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. A great variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits to pastries and hot dishes, all served in a beautiful dining area. It really set the tone for a great start to the day. The location is another big plus—conveniently situated close to the city’s main attractions and offering easy access to transportation, I was able to explore everything with ease. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Atlântico Prime. It offers exceptional value, top-notch service, and all the comforts of a premium hotel. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I cannot believe this hotel has a 4-star rating—it’s more like a 1-star at best! My experience at Hotel Atlântico Prime was beyond disappointing. First of all, the cleanliness was non-existent. There were bugs and flies inside the room, especially in the shower—disgusting! The light fixtures were filthy, dust was everywhere, and it was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned in ages. I had to beg for towels and even for someone to clean my room, but they never did. The service was just as bad, if not worse. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 AM, but at 9:55, they aggressively started removing all the dishes, not caring that guests were still eating. One staff member even prohibited a guest from ordering iFood after they had cleared everything out, even though people were still sitting in the breakfast area! This is unacceptable, especially during Carnaval, when guests are exhausted and need food. People pay to stay here—this is not a free stay! I have never stayed in a place in such terrible condition. Never again! If you're considering this hotel, RUN the other way. It does not deserve its 4-star rating—more like 1 star, and that’s being generous.

Had WiFi issues at this hotel. It was not strong for my work calls. I had to ask to switch rooms but still didn’t work out well. Hotel is always packed too and filled with people so long wait times to get helped out.

This property was undoubtedly the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The room was riddled with mold, and there was no refrigerator or iron in the room. The staff’s English communication skills were severely lacking, which made it difficult to get any assistance.
