Caindo aos pedaços.

O apartamento não estava em condições de receber hóspedes. Descarga vazando, chuveiros não esquentavam, sofá rasgado, ares condicionados extremamente barulhentos e antigos. O espaço é bom e a localização ótima. Quanto aos reparos, a equipe foi solicita, mas perdemos uma tarde para acompanhar os Serviços. Até o pessoal da Net teve de aparecer por lá. Havia também a porta de um quarto emperrada, enfim, o pessoal efetuar uma série de reparos antes de submeter-nos a isso.
