Amazing stay/Linda estancia!!!!

My stay was absolutely incredible! Cris was unbelievably kind and caring, and truly made our stay a wonderful experience! The apartment was very clean, had more than enough space for my group of 3, and is located in a very convenient spot right by Escadaria Selaron. Also near the MetroRio stop of Gloria which is about a ten minute walk. Would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to be in a hospitable environment while be conveniently located to the many wonderful things Rio de Janeiro has to offer!Mi estancia fue absolutamente increible! Cris fue extremadamente linda y cariñosa e hizo nuestra estadia una experiencia maravillosa! El apartamento estaba muy limpio, tuve bastante espacio para mi grupo de tres, y esta localizado en un lugar muy conveniente cerca de Escadaria Selaron. Tambien, a diez minutos caminando, tienes cerca la parada de Gloria que tendras acceso a las lineas del metro de MetroRio. Recomiendo a todos que quieren estar en un ambiente hospitable aun estando cerca de todo lo que Rio de Janeiro ofrece quedarse con Cris!

Viagem de 9 dias entre amigos

A localização é realmente excepcional! Estar na Lapa nos permitiu explorar facilmente diversos bares e a famosa escadaria Selarón. Além disso, a Lapa é muito próxima do centro histórico da cidade, o que facilita os passeios. Se preferir, o Uber é bastante acessível, e também é possível fazer uma breve caminhada até as principais atrações, o que é muito bom.A casa fica num alçapão, e totalmente separada da casada Cristina, dando total privacidade. São dois quartos, 1 no térreo e outro no mezanino. Sem ar condicionado (conforme anúncio) porém o local é bem arejado e a piscina apesar de simples, era ótima. Porém alguns pontos precisam ser repensados principalmente numa estadia mais longa como a nossa.Acesso ao imóvel: Para chegar ao local, é necessário subir uma escadaria de 52 degraus, que não possui cobertura, o que pode ser um desafio em dias de chuva. Cachorros: A proprietária possui cinco cachorros de porte médio que ficam no corredor entre a casa dela e o local alugado. Sempre que precisávamos sair ou entrar, tínhamos que avisar para prender os cães. Embora eles fossem amigáveis, costumavam latir quando chegávamos, ou pular. Fora que existia sempre o cheiro de cachorro, que não nos incomodava, porém é algo a se considerar. Também existem muitos gatos na propriedade, muito simpáticos.A Cristina não estava presente na maioria dos dias, mas sempre em contato pelo whats. Quem estava na casa e lidava com os cachorros era o Felipe, muito querido porém um pouco desatento

Ótima localização

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, dá para andar pela Lapa e Santa Teresa a pé! Tem alguns lances de escada para chegar até o apartamento, mas isso é compensado pela localização e vista dos quartos. Recomendo a todos.

Fiquei apenas 1 dia mas posso dizer que fiquei surpreso é do lado da escadaria selaron, Cris é mt simpática com os hóspedes se dispõe em ajudar em tudo, casa excelente e inovadora usando estrutura de madeira que te faz sentir ao ar livre em pleno rio de janeiro.

Adorei! Muito bem localizada e aconchegante. Tudo muito limpo e arejado. Bem diferente de locais convencionais e isso é o que faz a diferença! Eu meus amigos nos divertimos muito e curtimos o reveillon sem nenhum transtorno! Foi só alegria! Recomendo!!

Descrição

Ficamos nesta casa durante o reveillon de 2010/2011. O acesso à casa não é fácil. Para chegar nela tem uma escadaria de uns 40 degraus. Aí você chega na entrada de 1 casa, passa pela lateral dela, e nos fundos tem mais uns 10 degraus para subir e chegar a uma porta-alçapão na horizontal, esta é a entrada do duplex. A casa possui uma pequena sala com um banco de 2 lugares e 1 geladeira, ambiente coberto e aberto, como uma varanda. A cozinha é uma pia e um fogão de 2 bocas ao lado da porta do banheiro, não tem mesa, liquidificador, cafeteira, nem jardim e a piscina é uma caixa-dágua. O 1º quarto de casal tem espaço para somente a cama. O outro quarto é maior e tem uma cama de casal e cabem mais 2 colchões no chão, neste quarto tem uma sacada que não tem parapeito, nem corrimão nas escadas. É tudo novinho, não tem cheiro de mofo, mas o duplex tem no max. 40 m². No mais, é bem localizado, a 5 min dos arcos da lapa e 10 min. do metrô da Glória. Muitos bares na região.
