NOTE: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we would like to inform you that construction work on the rooftop of Casa Rio is ongoing Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. (Noise Law).



The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may be held, during which access to the area will be temporarily unavailable.



To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign a form agreeing to the rules on site.



Taking any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs, is not permitted.



The building where this property is located has two entrances: one at Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other at Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 p.m., access must be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7 only.



The property's outlets are 220V. Laptops and cell phone chargers are dual-voltage (we recommend checking before use).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.



Important: After the list has been submitted, it is not permitted to unregister a guest and then register another. In other words, there may be no exchanges or substitutions during the stay.



The space is exclusively for registered guests; no other guests are permitted to enter.



Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes are available for a fee. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
