Insatisfação

O apartamento hoje não se parece em nada com as fotos que estão no site. Não havia material de limpeza para a cozinha e nem papel higiênico suficiente no banheiro, tivemos que comprar. O chuveiro não ficava mais de 1 minuto aquecido, no dia que chegamos a chave não abria a porta e eu com duas crianças (uma doente) tive que aguardar levarem outra chave, sem Contar que temos que ir de Copacabana a Ipanema só pra buscar a chave e fazer check in. Móveis quebrados e no site diz que tem Wi-Fi mas não tem! O pessoal que administra o apartamento muito enrolado no atendimento, no site diz que o pagamento da reserva é parcial mas te cobram o valor total e dizem que a culpa é do Hotéis.com. Apenas a localização do prédio é boa.

Muy mala impresión y mala respuesta.

Muy mala impresión. No precisan que para hacer el Check-In no es en el departamento, me piden que yo me pague un taxi y de Copacabana me dirija a Ipanema a la oficina de GoHouse dejando mucha confusión después de ocupar el departamento. Me ofrecen WiFi Gratuito y el departamento no cuenta con WiFi, al dejar mi queja en GoHouse me dicen que la culpa es de Hoteles.com por informar mal. La TV por cable no funciona o no te muestran su funcionamiento y la Puerta de Madera y Vidrio que separa la habitación principal me la dieron descolgado y no se mueve.
