Location is awesome . Supermarket, metro, beach and restaurants at walking distance. Only thing I hated was the three dining room chairs instead of four, but even worse the fact that those chairs are so in bad shape. The next person who sits on them could end of on the floor and his security deposit may be gone. Other than that great and secure property, I would stay here again one million time. Just won’t use the dining room chairs . Oh yea the non refundable cleaning fee is a little high
