The Saionara is close to two metro stations and the main bus station. There are eateries and a market very close by. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The shower is excellent. Breakfast is good with all the usual choices. For some reason I was not able to use the internet. I could log on but there was no service which made things a little difficult.

For me the room is clean, they serve nice and decent breakfast. However, there are some fruit flies so they better do some pest control. The previous reviews are true, their towel looks dirty. I think the management of this hotel does not listen or does not really take action on people's review. It is about time to change those towels and get a new one. Based on the hotel's name, the. owner is Japanese. Japanese are not known for being stingy. So throw away those towels and buy a new one

Minha experiência no Saionara é sempre perfeita e extremamente positiva. Desde a chegada, fui muito bem atendido pela equipe da recepção, que se mostrou sempre educada, atenciosa e pronta para ajudar em tudo que precisei, inclusive continuar no mesmo quarto já que eu tinha 2 reservas em sites diferentes O quarto estava impecável, bem limpo e organizado, trazendo bastante conforto durante toda a estadia. A cama era confortável e o ambiente agradável, ideal para descansar após um dia cheio na cidade. O café da manhã também merece destaque: bem variado, com opções frescas e saborosas, atendendo muito bem às expectativas. Foi um dos pontos altos da hospedagem. Além disso, o hotel tem uma ótima localização, facilitando o acesso a diferentes pontos do Rio de Janeiro, o que fez toda a diferença na viagem. Sem dúvida, o custo-benefício é excelente. É uma opção que recomendo para quem busca conforto, bom atendimento e um preço justo.

Vou definir o Hotel Sainoara, é um Hotel que investe na sua equipe de trabalho devido a isso o Hotel tem qualidade em atendimento na limpeza, no excelente café da manhã, em funcionários atenciosos. Já me hospedei em outro Hotéis no Rio com renome, mas com uma equipe pequena não tem a qualidade do serviço do Saionara um Hotel simples que entrega tudo que promete, além da localização ser ótima ao lado de um restaurante e na frente de um supermercado. Vale muito a pena o custo benefício.
