The suite is located in a guesthouse with excellent infrastructure, including a gourmet area, balcony, terrace, and pool, and is just 20 minutes from Vidigal Beach.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
We are not responsible for any items left behind on the guesthouse premises.
It is not permitted to bring in or consume beverages purchased outside the inn's bar areas.
The use of any type of drug is strictly prohibited.
We request that you remove makeup before using bed linens and towels to prevent damage.
Smoking is not permitted in the guesthouse's indoor areas.
The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the provided list are not allowed to enter the building.
Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid separately. Please be careful with items that could damage them, as any damaged items may incur an additional charge.
All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
