This hotel rating is misleading. It has a score of 8/10 but the rooms are awful. Everything is old...beds, sheets, towels....worse hotel i have ever stayed at booking through Expedia. Tv had no access to the internet, nor cable tv. However, the staff was nice.

Need to improve their variety of languages or have at least 1 bilingual person since it was a bit hard to communicate. The shower was leaking 24/7, the air conditioner turned off randomly but most of the staff was very polite and tried their best to make me feel welcomed.

Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, vazamento na ducha do vaso sanitário, ou você deixa o registro geral fechado ou deixa a ducha no ralo, cama com o colchão bem duro, quarto 109. Café da manhã é abaixo da media, poucas opções, suco tang no lugar de natural de laranja, reposição dos produtos deixou a desejar, pelo menos os ovos mexidos estavam bons. O check-in é realizado pelo hóspede acessando um link através de um QR CODE no balcão. A recepção do hotel é bonita, mas não se empolgue, não recomendo para mais que um dia e a trabalho.

on nous a d'abord donné une chambre donnant sur l'autoroute, or les fenetres sont coulissantes et n'arrêtent aucun bruit, aucune chance de dormir. On a donc demandé une autre chambre. On a fini par en avoir une coté cour. Forte odeur de renfermé, pas dedrap de dessus sur les lits. Il a fallu encore redescendre pour demander des draps. A l'accueil il y a des individus qui trainent à regarder leur téléphones en mettant leur pieds nus sur les canapés. Petit dejeuner basic, comme beaucoup d'endroit au bresil (jus de fruit chimique , pas naturel). C'est un hotel pour ouvriers techniciens en déplacement. La note de 8.4 est totalement incompréhensible

Boa opção de hospedagem em.Sao João

Precisei se um pernoite e escolhi esse hotel, pois ja tinha me hospedado outras vezes. O quarto escolhido foi o modelo ja reformado, com banheiro e moveis modernos, limpo.Tivemos que aguardar um pouco para subirmos, pois como foi uma reserva sem antecedência precisamos aguardar providenciarem um quarto. Colchão e travesseiros confortáveis, porém o edredon e as toalhas estavam manchados. O edredon, principalmente, parecia sujo. A área do café da manhã foi ampliada, porem os itens continuam básicos. Senti falta da salada de frutas que sempre tinha disponível.
