Bateram na porta por duas vezes antes do checkout. Ao fazer o checkout uma demora pois não constava que tinha dado check in no hotel. Café da manhã fraco, ar condicionado do restaurante pingando igual cachoeira. O hotel caiu muito de padrão, quarto sem canais a cabo só os digitais de TV aberta.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it used to be our favorite. If you check under my name and my wife’s, we’ve probably accumulated over 20 nights just this year. We even chose this hotel when my wife had surgery because we always trusted the comfort and quality. However, our stay last night was disappointing for the first time. The room had a strong musty smell, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the bed’s headboard was visibly dirty — it seemed like the source of the odor. Since we had just come from a long international trip and were exhausted, we ended up covering it with a sheet just to get some rest. It’s truly unfortunate, as this hotel has always been our first choice, but the condition of the room this time was unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously so that future guests — especially loyal ones like us — can continue to have the pleasant experience we’ve always appreciated before.

Good hotel located inside Vogue Square Mall, many restaurant options which makes the hotel very convenient. Room is spacious, parking is charged separately.

Convenient hotel inside Vogue Square Mall, lots of restaurants within walking distance , parking is charged, spacious room and bed, good shower. Breakfast is the same menu for years, not bad but no changes in the menu for all these years i have been a guest in the hotel.
