The apartment is located on the 2. floor of historic building (only 2 flights of stairs) with entrance from a typical small square (Garibaldi); you enter in the hallway where you face the small bedroom with bunk beds and access to the balcony, the bathroom with shower stall (without window), the large living room furnished with dining table and access to the balcony where you can have lunch; the kitchenette is separate and equipped with : refrigerator with freezer, stove gas oven, washing machine, bialetti coffee machine); the large double bedroom overlooks the living room with a comfortable wardrobe and a view of the small square. The terrace is equipped for dining, facing south and equipped with deck chairs and umbrella; public parking nearby, pets allowed on request.



Rio Marina is a pretty town with a history linked to mineral extraction and fishing and tourism activities, where you can still breathe the typical atmosphere of the villages inhabited by the "people of the sea," with the small stores, sweets and typical dishes, and restaurants where you can taste the catch of the day cooked with extreme care and with sometimes very old recipes.
