Villa with Sea View and Valley View - 7 sleeping places
The villa offers a total area of approximately 200 square meters, of which 150 are excluding uncovered areas. The décor is refined and elegant, combining sophisticated and chic elements with the rustic, lived-in charm typical of shabby chic style. This style is characterized by a mix of elegant furniture pieces and delicate colors, giving it a welcoming and timeless feel.
The property is accessed from a large terraced outdoor space, equipped with deck chairs, a table for outdoor dining, and a hot tub. On the ground floor, guests have access to a spacious and bright living area, furnished with sofas and armchairs, a large TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area and bathrooms are located. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds, one of which includes an additional single bed. The bathrooms in the sleeping area are two: one with a bathtub and one with a floor-level shower. A third bathroom is in the living area. The upper floor features an incredible porch, with arches opening up to the distant view of the Rio Valley and its gulf.

Important Notes:

Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.
The fireplace cannot be used.
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; a supplement of €50.00 will be charged for check-ins after 8:00 PM.
Pets are allowed only small-sized, with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
Security deposit (mandatory): €600, refunded at the end of the stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
Bed and bath linen: €20.00 per person (must be requested at the time of booking); not available for booking on-site.
If the outdoor BBQ is used, it must be cleaned after every use (for neighborly relations); otherwise, €30 will be deducted from the security deposit.
