The three-room apartment is located within an elegant resort, just 400 meters from the sea and surrounded by 3 hectares of land, where olive trees and centuries-old holm oaks grow. The resort offers two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, a playground surrounded by greenery, and a bar available to guests. Walking along the various alleys of the resort you can reach the terraced houses perfectly inserted in a natural context of exceptional impact. The furniture evokes the sun, the earth, the Mediterranean; a predominance of light in their warm tones, decisive for the creation of a comfortable and accommodating interior.

Three-room apartment for 4/5 people (ideal for both a family and two couples of friends)
The 75 m2 structure has a patio equipped for eating comfortably outdoors, covered by a large folding umbrella. The apartment is currently being renovated and will be offered with the following features: The living room will be equipped with a modern kitchen (renovated in 2023), double sofa bed and dining area; it overlooks the patio. The sleeping area will consist of a large double bedroom with access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed. Two bathrooms both with windows, one newly built and one renovated this year, both with shower and bidet. The private garage is just a few steps from the apartment and can accommodate a car and possibly bicycles. The terrace overlooks the large private lawns and olive groves of the structure.
The swimming pool is scheduled to open from the end of May to the beginning of October, still to be defined. The photo gallery will be updated as soon as the renovation work is completed.
