Chegamos no hotel e nossa reserva nao tinha sido repassada a direcao do hotel. Infelizmente tivemos que aguardar o dono do apartamento conseguir um lugar para os hospedes do dia seguinte, para podermos ficar no quarto reservado anteriormente pelo site. Conseguimos hospedar depois disso, mas tivemos que pagar um adicional de 35 reais por conta do imprevisto. No mais, reconhecemos o esforco do dono do quarto em nos ajudar e pedimos ao site que sejam mais habeis na comunicao com o hotel, quando as reservas forem feitas.

Cheguei lá e o apartamento estava ocupado com outros hóspedes e já eram 22:00! Foi terrível e tive que arrumar outro apartamento e paguei mais caro.

O AP Estava ocupado. Não tinha ninguém pra Resolver meu problema. Só quero o ectorno do dinheiro. Péssimo atendimento na recepção. Me senti enganado. Vim de Uberlândia ao Rio Quente com Minha esposa e malas. Ao chegar quarto ocupado, perguntei se tinha um gerente alguém que pudesse ne direcionar outro quarto ou fazer o extorno do dinheiro, só me falaram que la não é hotel e que eles não trabalham com sites. Os proprietários anunciam mas trata direto com eles.

Corredor de acesso ao quarto as luzes não ligavam. Ótimo para aproveitar o parque da cidade. Facilidade para locomoção até Bares, restaurantes e parque aquatico da cidade, tudo fizemos a pé.
