The accommodation features a bright and tastefully furnished double bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a private bathroom with shower. At the entrance, guests will find a convenient area with a table, chairs, and a refrigerator with a small freezer, ideal for preparing breakfast or storing drinks and snacks.

The highlight of the property is its exclusive private sea-view garden, a peaceful oasis overlooking the Mediterranean. Despite its peaceful location, the property is just a short walk from everything Riomaggiore has to offer, including the train station, the beach and marina, ferry departures to the other Cinque Terre villages, diving center, boat, kayak and SUP rentals, restaurants, wine bars, cafés, and local shops. From the train station, the room is easily reached in about three minutes using the public elevator followed by a short walk.

As with most accommodations in the historic center of Riomaggiore, there is no private parking. Guests are advised to use the village's public parking areas, and detailed information will be provided before arrival.
