Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, bien équipée, confortable avec superbe vue. Aucune communication de l’établissement concernant le parking (payant et éloigné, sans possibilité de réservation, avec disponibilités restreintes). Une information concernant l’accessibilité avec les bagages (pratique) devrait être fournie en amont de telle façon que le client puisse dimensionner son bagage en conséquence. Un service de transport de bagages existant doit être proposé aux clients.

Dear Guest we are sure that you booked a room inside a National Park where car access is limited, the luggage service is existing but at a cost and not for free like you would like to have, concerning your size luggages it's really impossibile considering that people are visiting different places for different day Best Regards The Management

Wir hatten die Honeymoon-Suite, welche das Geld nicht wert ist. Wir mussten 20min drauseen warten bis wir einchecken konnten, beim Schliessmechanismus der Türe gab es Probleme, an der decke und unter der Whirlpoolabdeckung gab es Schimmel, da kein Lüfter eingebaut wurde. Das Haltbarkeitsdatum der Getränke in der Minibar war überschritten. Die Kissen auf dem Balkon waren völlig von Regen durchtränkt, da man sie anscheinend einfach draussen liess.
