Private: natural state property, garden 800 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. In the complex: hot tub, washing machine. Cook on request (extra). Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "V. Del Commercio 2" 600 m, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 22 km, Pisa 60 km, Lucca 80 km, Firenze 120 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
