Beautiful and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s quite a drive up a rocky road to get to the place but worth it. The property is beautiful and super clean. It has all the amenities you need, and it’s great if you have kids (pool, bikes, playground, tennis court). It’s also central enough in Tuscany, allowing us to do day trips to Pisa, Florence, Volterra and the beach. Everyone is very nice and helpful - Giacomo was especially helpful and made some great recommendations on towns and beaches to visit. A very nice touch - when we arrived they provided us with essential groceries as well as the property’s lovely wines and olive oil. Only callout - in August it’s a bit buggy there so bring mosquito spray if you’re prone to getting bug bites.

Beautiful appartment, beautiful location

When we drove up to the hill the first time to the property, we were amazed and suprised by the beautiful villa and the magnificent view. The appartement is perfect: spacious, clean, new, well equiped kitchen, very good beds, luxurues bathrooms and again, amazing views tot the see and the hills from all windows. It's very quiet and a little bit ''faraway", but we loved it and by car you can reach the highway and beach in 15 minutes. The swimming pool we will miss the most - again perfect, spacious, clean, beautifully situated on the nice venue. The owners are friendly, helpful and proud of the place they created theirselves (which we can totally imagine).

It's the place that you'll never want to leave

I can guarantee that this place will not disappoint. It is everything the owners said it would be and more. Everything from the hospitality of the family that owns it to facilities available for you to use are top notch. Centrally located to plenty of places to visit and things to see. Great restaurants nearby or very nice kitchen with everything you can think of if you choose to stay in. Admittedly our plans changed the minute we arrived, the serenity of Pakraven-Papi drew us in and we decided to enjoy a little more time on the grounds instead of fighting crowds and searching for parking in some of the larger/popular Italian cities. Be sure and plan to stay here awhile. Next time I book it, it will be a day of sightseeing followed by a day of rest on the grounds. Cannot say enough great things about this place, hands down the best place we rented on my families European vacation! A huge thank you to Chiara, Animeh and their wonderful family and staff.

Toskanischer Traum

Wir (2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es war wie beim ersten Mal ein perfekter Urlaub. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick über Meer & Hinterland. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Anlage traumhaft - einschließlich Tennisplatz und Barbecue Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Der Weg zur Tenuta ist ein nicht befestigter Schotterweg aber für die Lage lohnt sich der Weg! Wir werden sicherlich sehr gerne wieder kommen!
