Wieder haben wir traumhafte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen dürfen. Der wunderbare Garten, die sonnige Terrasse mit dem unvergleichlichen Blick - eigentlich müsste man dieses kleine Paradies während eines Urlaubes gar nicht verlassen. Die Besitzer Marisa und Elio waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein wunderbares Haus in einer traumhaften Landschaft. Perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Ein großer Garten zur Entspannung, ein wundervoll großer Balkon mit Traumblick, das Meer nicht weit, die verträumten Städtchen auf den Hügeln ringsherum. Grottammare ein Traum, die Fußgängerzone, die am Meer endet und immer voller Leben ist. Wir werden wohl wieder kommen, wir haben unsere Urlaubs-Heimat gefunden. Liebe Grüße an Marisa und Elio, liebenswerte und herzliche Vermieter.

Ein kleines Paradies

Im letzten Jahr haben wir uns in dieses wunderbare Haus verliebt. Heuer durften wir nun mehrere Wochen hier verbringen und haben jeden Tag genossen. Inmitten von Weinbergen und Sonnenblumenfeldern gelegen, absolute Ruhe, ein Blick auf das Bergmassiv des Gran Sasso und über die Hügel der Marken mit ihren zahlreichen mittelalterlichen Orten - einfach unbeschreiblich. Doch auch das Meer ist nah. Die überaus freundlichen Vermieter Marisa und Elio haben uns mit großer Herzlichkeit aufgenommen.

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam dank Casa Erika

Mein Sohn, mein Mann und ich haben dort 3 Wochen im August 2022 gebucht und waren von der Anlage wirklich begeistert: ein schöner, gepflegter Garten mit Blumen und Bäumen, ein schönes Haus in der Abgeschiedenheit. Die Einrichtung war gut gewählt, alle im Haus befindlichen Geräte haben funktioniert, die Insektengitter waren sehr wichtig. Die Eigentümer haben sich auch persönlich um die Problematik der Stechmücken gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf die Sybillinischen Berge war sehr beeindruckend.

Très jolie maison confortable dans la campagne, vue exceptionnelle ! La route est en effet un peu difficile pour y arriver mais ça en vaut la peine. Proche de belles plages et de merveilleux villages. Calme assuré !

Tranquillità e bel panorama!

La casa si presenta molto curata ,pulita e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La tranquillità , il bellissimo paesaggio e la location sono il punto forte della casa. Dista a 15-20 min dal mare e dai servizi come bar ,negozi etc... Unica nota negativa breve tratto di strada dissestato... Un grande grazie ad Erika e ai proprietari per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza..

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Ein großes Dankeschön zunächst an Erika und Stefano, ganz tolle und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! Das Haus: perfekt, sehr groß, alles was man braucht ist da. Der Blick von der Terrasse : einmalig!!! Wer absolute Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wunderschöne Orte wie Ascoli, Offida oder auch die Riviera del Conero sind problemlos zu erreichen. Es war eine unvergessliche Woche!

Vacanza tranquilla in collina a due passi dal mare

Eccellente location tra le colline, bellissimo terrazzo, splendida veduta e ottimi servizi. Comodo per raggiungere il mare in auto in breve tempo. Unica nota negativa: strada molto dissestata per raggiungere l'abitazione già segnalato dai proprietari più volte al comune.
