The Central House is located in the historic center of Riposto, a charming town on the sea between Catania and Taormina, at Via A. Gramsci n. 120 just in front of the St. Peter's Basilica, the town hall and the main square.
The apartment, located in a historic building of the late eighteenth century, is in a strategic position in fact a few meters beyond the premises and restaurants located in the historic center of the city, you will find the fishmongers and shops where you can find gastronomic delicacies typical of our land; 300 meters away is the beach where you can swim in a sea always clear and clean, 200 meters from the house there is the historic "Circumetnea railway" that makes the tour of Etna and allows you to visit the villages at the foot of the Vulcano) also the area is well served to visit other major centers such as Fondachello (5minutes), Giardini Naxos (15minutes), Taormina (20 minutes), Acireale, Aci Trezza, Catania (20 minutes) etc.
The apartment, elegantly furnished and with parquet floor, consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is large and bright, overlooking the historic center and the marina, with views of Mount Etna and another slightly smaller one; follows the fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom.
The house has recently been renovated and the furniture and kitchen are new (July 2018).
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, wi fi, a TV per room, is very bright and being in the heart of the city is equipped with all services (banks, pharmacy, post office, delicatessens and pastry shops, supermarket, laundry dry, token, train station, car rentals, etc.).
At guests' disposal, free of charge, there are also two bicycles.
