Located on the slopes of the CHABRIERES II residence, this 6th-floor holiday rental is arranged over two levels: a ground floor and a mezzanine.

On the first level, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a living room with a dining area equipped with a television, and an open-plan kitchen. The first level opens onto a south-facing balcony. A wooden staircase leads to the second level.

The second level features a living room with two sofas equipped with a small television for video games, two pull-out beds (which can be converted into two single beds), a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

The apartment also includes a ski locker.
Pets are welcome in this rental. (Supplement of €39 per pet per stay)
Please note: access to the residence entrance is via stairs. An elevator inside provides access to the upper floors ONLY up to the 5th floor; the 6th floor is accessible by stairs.

Louer un appartement comme celui est inadmissible, il est sale, vieux une odeur à mourir dans la salle de bain Le ménage n’a sans doute jamais été fait depuis des années, la literie est de très mauvaise qualité Comment peut-on louer un appartement sans norme de sécurité électrique fils dénudés radiateur brûlé !!! Pas de canapé dans le salon La télé de l’étage ne fonctionne pas ! Les chaises sur le balcon doivent avoir 20 ans Ne réserver pas cet appartement c’est du vol autant de la part des propriétaires que de Foncia qui vous remet les clefs donc consent à louer un appartement dans un tel état Je ne comprends pas que Abritel puisse avoir ce type de location dans ses propositions nous sommes très très loin du standing vu à la télévision C’est une HONTE

Honteux à ce prix là.

Ça commence avec un paillasson réduit à peau de chagrin devant la porte. Quand on ouvre, c’est vieillot, mais bon… ça passerait si… tous les matelas n’étaient pas en un autre âge. Ils n’ont pas dû être changés depuis les années 70. Ils sont brunis, tachés, déformés et font mal au dos. A partir de là, on ne voit plus que les défauts: les meubles d’époque eux aussi, qui ont pris de sérieux coup d’humidité, le cagibi qui sert de chambre d’enfant est recouvert d’un lambris qui a des trous. De l’air frais passe par certains d’entre eux. L’escalier n’a jamais été entretenu et son sol est très usé. Le ménage est très léger: les carreaux étaient sales. Les rideaux, dépareillés (contrairement à la photo) l’un d’eux a pris un sérieux coup d’humidité. Il est décroché, déchiré et tâché. Les lits gigognes sur la mezzanine sont également d’époque. Bref, on a vite envie de fuir, mais on est un peu coincé là, alors on essaie d’oublier l’état des lits dans lesquels on doit se coucher en les recouvrant de nos draps propres. Alors, il y a aussi quelques choses neuves ou pratiques, mais elles sont complètement effacées par le gros sentiment de dégoût qui reste une fois qu’on a vu les matelas. Nous n’avons même pas utilisé les duvets et oreillers (dont certains sont en bon état, quand même). Heureusement, nous avions les nôtres. Bref, quand on demande 1400€ la semaine, on met en place des prestations équivalentes. Nous déconseillons très vivement.
