We had to pay 5 euro for remote contol for air conditioning which we did not know about when booking and we found the guy at reception unfriendly

Sauberes Hotel in bester Lage

Der Empfang war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Zimmer war nüchtern eingerichtet, aber neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Nasszelle war ebenfalls sehr sauber und recht neu. Das Frühstück ist für Italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut und umfangreich. Sämtliche Kaffeesorten vom Italienischen Cappuchino/Espresso über Tee und Schokolade bis zum Deutschen Filterkaffee ist alles vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar. Trotzdem ist es recht ruhig in der Nacht. Die Fenster schließen schalldicht ab, wenn es am Abend oder am Morgen doch zu laut sein sollte. Bie dieser Lage ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass man keinen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel hat. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist aber nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

angenehmes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Riva, in einem schnuckeligen Hotel mit äußerst zuvorkommendem Personal. Da das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt liegt, befindet man sich immer am "Geschehen" und kann vor allem abends aufs Auto verzichten. Würden dort jederzeit wieder einchecken,

Personale cortese e disponibile, stanza decente (un po' di puzza di fumo dalla ventola del bagno), posizione ottima, nel centro e vicino al centro congressi, colazione ricca (ma non di qualita'). Rapporto qualità-prezzo più che soddisfacente.

Der Besitzer ist extrem unflexibel und unfreundlich. So macht Urlaub auch an so einem Schönen Ort keinen Spass. Wir werden sicher nicht mehr hier buchen.

Schönes italienisches Hotel in zentraler Citylage

Perfektes Hotel für den Aufenthalt in Riva und am nördlichen Gardasee. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hotelbetreiber Marco. Sehr gute Fenster garantieren eine ruhige Nacht trotz zentraler Lage.

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage

Wir haben im Hotel alle Porte ein paar schöne Tage verbracht. Mit einem super Frühstück gut in den Tag gestartet, mit der Möglichkeit tagsüber einen guten Capuccino oder Spritz vor dem Haus zu genießen. Sehr saubere praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, guter Service von Marco und Irene. Kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Klimaanlage nur gegen Aufpreis zu haben ist.

ottimo per una breve vacanza

L'albergo è posizionato nel centro storico di Riva del Garda, all'interno dell'area pedonale quindi con qualche difficolta' sia per scarico-carico bagagli sia per il parcheggio da cercare nei dintorni. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Buona la pulizia della camera (peraltro molto piccola ed essenziale anche nell'arredamento). In ogni caso buono il rapporto qualita'-prezzo. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata magari solo con delle brioches fresche.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt ausgezeichnet. Liegt im Zentrum, ist aber nur zu Fuss zu erreichen, dh mit Gepäck bei An- und Abreise muss man erstmal vom schwer zu findenden Parkplatz ins Hotel laufen. Dafür ist man aber während des Aufenthalts sofort im Geschehen.

Decent but you could find better from that area

Hotel was quite OK, but it didn't leave us any memories so nothing good but not much bad either. Not much to say about this one. Free Wi-Fi but ONLY in lounge area.
