The Villa is located on the banks of the torrent Albola, set in a tranquil area at the bottom of the mountains, just 10-15 minutes walking distance from Riva del Garda's old town center and the lake.

THE APARTMENT:
The "Letizia" apartment has two private entrances and as the only one of the whole villa: with its own private terrace.

It is suitable for 2 to 4 people and consists of two entrances, living room with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for any 3rd or 4th guest.

Around 1680 the Letizia apartment was used as a bakery and the today's dining area is in fact the old bread oven.
It is decorated in a rustic way with the original stone wall exposed.

The airy, summery feel of this apartment is complemented by the gentle sound of the nearby Albola stream which can be heard with the windows open or while sitting on the terrace.

Beautiful gardens and great facilities. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The gardens are just stunning and the overall ambience of the accommodation is very relaxing. Really great that there are town bikes for the guests to use, we used these a lot to pop in and out if town. The old town which is a 15 min walk or 5 min cycle is beautiful. Loved taking it all in. Would recommend going to the castle above the town to get a birds eye view of the town. Would love to return one day.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Riva am Gardasee.

In der Ferienwohnung Letizia haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem einzigartigen denkmalgeschützten Park mit dem Swimming-Pool.

Zauberhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft im Appartement Letizia ist einfach super. Das ganze Anwesen ist sauber und gepflegt; ein Platz, an dem man sich wohlfühlen muss. Die Herzlichkeit, die von den Vermietern ausgeht ist echt und tut sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und dieses Feriendominizil weiterempfehlen.

Schöner MTB-Urlaub im herbstlichen Riva

Die Villa (Wohnung Letizia) war ideal für einen MTB- Urlaub am Gardasee gelegen. Sowohl Gipfel auf der Ost- als auch Westseite lassen sich mit dem MTB gut erkunden. Gleichzeitig lässt sich alles in Riva zu Fuß erledigen. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr geräumig und die Küche bot ausreichen Platz und Austattung zur Selbstversorgung. Auch Unterstellmöglichkeiten für die Räder waren vorhanden. Der Empfang durch die Haushälter am Ankunftsabend war freundlich und es blieben keine Fragen offen. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Als Highlight neben der eigentlichen Villa ist sicher der eindrucksvolle Garten zu sehen. Er eignet sich sicherlich auch zur weniger sportlichen Entspannung. In Bezug auf die voherige Bewertung: Echtes Ungezifer gab es nicht!!!! Bei einem alten in der Natur gelegenen Gebäude und dem warmen Klima darf man sich aber nicht wundern, dass unter Umständen vereinzelt Insekten anzutreffen sind. Absolut sterile Umgebungen lassen sich nicht mit der schönen Natur vereinen. Ingsgesamt war es ein schöner, ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Eine herrlich schöne Woche in der Villa Angelica

Nach einer katastrophal langen Anreise kamen wir völlig entnervt in Riva an. Der herzliche Empfang von Signora Angelica und die sehr geschmackvolle und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung Umberto Eco haben uns die Strapazen schnell vergessen lassen. Die Lage der Villa, der schöne Park, Maria, die unsere ziemlich spontanen Wünsche nach selbstgemachter Pizza und Tiramisu (beides sehr zu empfehlen) immer gleich erfüllte, der Hauswein, das gute Olivenöl, die Empfehlungen und Tipps von Signora Angelica - es war rundum perfekt. Die Beschreibung im Internet hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben es als sehr angenehm empfunden, dass die Villa Angelica etwas außerhalb des Zentrums liegt. Die Ortsmitte und der Strand sind gut zu erreichen. Es hat uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche 16 und 18 Jahre) so gut gefallen, dass wir nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen möchten.

Laue Nächte in traumhaft schöner Umgebung

Wir haben eine knappe Woche im August 2010 im Appartement "Letizia" genossen. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns herzlichst willkommen und rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist fantastisch gelegen: ruhig, umgeben von einem atemberaubenden Park, und nur fünf Gehminuten von Riva entfernt. Mit wertvollen Tipps (Restaurants!) versorgt und durch kleine Aufmerksamkeiten der sehr herzlichen Gastgeberin verwöhnt haben wir wunderschöne Tage mit Wanderungen in den schmetterlingsschwangeren Wäldern und dem Baden an den herrlichen Stränden verbracht. Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich der Genuss der duftenden und lauen Nächten an einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse vor "Letizia"... Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Angelica uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Gardasee statt Kanaren

Wir mußten kurzfristig unsere Reisepläne auf die Kanaren aufgrund der durch Vulkanasche annullierten Flüge abändern und fanden in einer der liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnungen der Villa Angelica eine tolle Alternative. Wir wurden trotz der späten Ankunft herzlich von der Hausherrin mit einer Flasche Rotwein empfangen und auch die folgenden Tage sehr gut betreut. Der großzügige Park ist sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und allen Gästen wird das Gefühl gegeben sich im ganzen Anwesen zu Hause fühlen zu dürfen. Wir, sowie sicherlich auch die anderen angenehmen Gäste des Hauses, würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
