Tens of rowdy kids running around and banging on does and screaming. Also playing with elevator, holding doors, jumping on handicapped lift in the pool and screaming top of their lungs for the entire afternoon was not cool. But hotel is lovely. However given the rowdy crowd I will not be back.

Upon arrival there was a long delay to check in having made our reservation ahead of time. For some reason my reservation was not able to be found in the computer system. It was not until I presented my receipt that the employee was able to find my reservation. After completing check-in everything else was great.

As far as service goes! Jocelyn was awesome checking me in. Very nice, answered all of my questions and even suggested a couple of great restaurants near by. The night crew, however, not so much. I needed a fork and a plate and the guy never got off the phone from his personal call.

Everything was good, the room was very spacious the Fridge and the Microwave are very convenient nowadays so having that is good. The gentleman that attended at the time of checking in was a bit off but they stay was awesome. Would definitely stay here again
