Check in was awful. As I was waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes with nobody in site. I guy shows up and says he was taking his lunch and clocked out right then and told me to wait 30 minutes. Finally check out and that was another disaster, with him saying he couldn’t take my debit card for a deposit, so I called cooperate they said I could and they had to speak to him. I finally get to my room and all that is on the bed is a sheet and pillows. No blankets or comforter. Best western should be embarrassed.

The bed was comfortable but lays on top of some kind of vent. Everytime you move you heard the load noise from the vent. No big chair in my room. Disappointed about the vent under the bed. Just horrible!!!
