The staff was awesome! They knew everybody was staying the weekend for Starbase at Lake Perris. Staff was fully prepared and had all the rooms clean and nicely set up! If I go to another event at the Lake Perris recreation center, I will definitely return.

Not what I expected

The sing was clogged, so we had someone come and clear the drain, the kitchenette area smelled bad and we didn't even use it, the shower door was hung improperly so the door would not stay closed when showering and the blowdryer was broken. The room looked nothing like the photos shown.

The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even though I was in a third-floor room, I didn't mind as they have an elevator, so no stairs! My room was very clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, I arrived a little later than I expected, and they had the window open, so the room was a little chilly. But the heater worked very well and had the room nice and comfy in no time.

My review is based on a 4 night stay. Check in was easy. The room was not cleaned. Floor was not mopped or swept. Headboard had hand prints still on it and stains.we found a candy wrapper in back of the night stand.the soda that was smelled and had obvious stains we did ask for a full room service. The lady took 1:30 to do it and it was not cleaned at all !! We stayed outside of our room for nothing it was so upsetting the low stardard cleaning expectations here.
