Had a great stay, only complaint was the tiny pool towels and when we asked for additional towels to shower, we were given the small pool towels. But the room was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and parking area was easy and near the room we were assigned to.

No top sheet is NOT standard.

The beds were comfy, but we were missing a top sheet on one bed. Clerk told me that was "standard" but it's not in MY experience. I requested a top sheet and put it on ourselves. Including finding an earwig behind the pillow area as I pulled out the bottom sheet checking to the mattress pad to make sure we hadn't overlooked it. ! Ugh. Are blankets washed with each new guest?

The bed sheets were very clean but smelled like dirty dog, even with a bottle of fabreeze it was hard not to smell the putrid scent. Weird stains on the couch and A Lot of them. Everything else was very clean and put together.

Roaches in the hotel room 4 roaches. Plus a lot of little baby roaches. All rhey did was spray raid didnt offer for us to switch rooms.

Room smelled like old people ..tv did not pickup any channels and remote remote did not work and trying to log in to Netflix or watch you tube was impossible..I need it to blow my nose and “no lies” found a piece of gum stuck to the tissue paper ! Will not stay here ever again !
