The overall room was in fair condition but needs overall updating. The entry door into the room needed weather sealing around its base as there was a significant gap at its base allowing cold air into the room. Also the bathroom needed significant updating as there were holes in the walls from old fixtures being removed and never patched. Also the bathroom door had a large gap between its bottom and the floor allowing cold air into the bathroom. Lastly the heating/air conditioning unit in the room needed maintenance as the intake and exhaust vents were filthy and the unit barely put out any heat although the air conditioning portion worked fine.
