The staff was rude and had no knowledge of rules and rights, i was asked to leave because I refused room service, they would go knocking very early and I had only been there 3 days, WILL NEVER GO BACK

First the weather was 103 degrees the room felt like 107 , airconditioner was broken , missing parts, and not in working condition , attempted to reset nothing , coplaint they never came thwy never did anything about it .. rapaors all over , shower nasty and patched , thw handles lose and u can see its not sealed , the aor co ditioner was just making it super humid , and sticky. Only 3 small pillows no extra , no shampoo just a nasty smelling soap. Tv flickered gave us a headache from flicker. Non smoking it smelled like smoke like a wet cigar. Management did nothing for me even after calling 3 times.

I requested a first-floor room during the reservation process and was given one on the second floor. I made them change it. The bathroom had hair in the sink, tub, and on the floor. The sheets were stained. I slept in my sleeping bag, as I did not want to touch the sheets or cover. Did not feel safe, was concerned about the car all night. Not worth the cost.
