Safety issues

Toilet top held together with packing tape. Room looked directly down on I-10 and the railroad tracks. Window did nothing to damped noise. Staircase to second floor was never vacuumed and only way to get to the second floor. Check- in was really slow. Things I considered as safety concerns was putting a wheelchair user on the second floor. No way for that person to get to the first floor quickly in case of emergency.

Great Hotel

My family and I stopped her for one night while on a road trip. We really liked everything about this hotel. The woman who checked us in was so friendly! The rooms were clean and nice, beds comfortable, with plenty of blankets. The AC worked great. Shower pressure was awesome. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be back!

Quality inn, in Banning CA. Is the best place I've stayed at. I had been living in motel sense my home got destroyed from a fallen tree. This was my best stay yet! I highly recommend this place to anyone passing thru Banning, CA.
