Our stay was very disappointing. The sofa was ugly and worn out, with the foam showing. The bathtub also felt off and poorly maintained. I called to report that the AC wasn’t working because the room was extremely hot. Someone came to check it and confirmed it was broken, but no one ever called us back to offer a solution or even apologize. As a result, we didn’t sleep well at all due to the heat. The room also had a strong unpleasant smell, like someone had smoked in it before, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with a young child. On top of that, the walls were very thin—we could clearly hear noise from the next room, including people doing things that were inappropriate for children to overhear. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay for our family.

The room was well-worn. The water and the heater were very slow and difficult to control. One evening when we returned, the INDOOR lock had engaged and we had to get the manager’s assistant to come open our door; he had then to go to another unit to fix the same problem. It apparently occurs frequently as they were well trained. The last morning at 6:45 am, a chainsaw operation commenced. Obviously in violation of local noise rules, but the manager took no action.
