I've only been here for 4 hours. Check-in was smooth, clean towels and organized. The fart fan was unplugged in bathroom so I plugged it back in.

They did not have an elevator or downstairs room available, but because my Husband uses a Walker, they CANCELED our reservation right in front of me, because they said it’s too much of a risk FOR THEM… Rude as heck!!

The room was gross in every way you can think of. When i went to the office, management completely dismissed what I was telling them and they were not willing to cancel my resevation.. very rude.

I mean it was cheap, but thats about it. Floors were ugly and stained. Found a spider in my shower that my wife freaked out about. Roaches in the restroom also. Room was non smoking and smelled mugy and smokey. Had to leave the door open for the first hour to try and air it out and even than I was worried about leaving it open due to weirdos walking around. Restroom got clogged in the middle of the night and at 6am I decided to call front desk

This is Not a Queen size bed!

I paid afor a queen size bed...but i was given a full size bed.. they insisted tht it was a queen bur clearly it was not... Then was told if i dnt want to stay to turn in my key and no refund... Completely unfair.

Don't stay.

Don't stay here. The Indian owner refused to fix the broken shower tap and you will get burn from hot water. Very horrible and worst experience. I couldn't believe it cost 90 dollars for the worst one.
