Everything was clean! The rooms inside have been remodeled everything freah and yp to date. They have been keeping it that way! Nice thick towels, fluffy pillows, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and shower liner! Definitely worth the the rates they have. The staff gives excellent customer service! I love staying here!

Didn't have any of the amenities that says it has the room was empty refuse to give me my refund until I got loud and there's ants in the room and construction workers remodeling the lower floor so no other rooms available to accommodate us and they were all staying on the ground floor all the workers

The stay was very nice, smooth check in and check out, the manager of the lot was very accommodating for upgrade the room from a single to a double on such short notice. Really appreciate the effort and going out the wall to do that.

The room was huge and very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The traffic on the street was super noisy, but our room was close to the street. It may be quieter in rooms farther down.

The room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Opened soap package and used bar soap was still on the sink. Floor was dirty. I had to wear socks if I decided not to have my shoes on. The upholstery on the chair in the room had stains all over it and was dirty.

No a/c hookers working the parking lot my wife and I just walked away without being refunded 5 minutes after we checked in we are now at the thunderbird hotel in riverside where we usually book with you but your website recommended vista hotel I would like my 89 dollars back from the vista we paid 120 dollars at the thunderbird we are very happy with the thunderbird
