No conditioner and shower gel. Don't have blow dryer in the bathroom. You need to go down and make the request and sign for it which makes it very inconvenient. You cannot also ask for additional bath towels and wash clothes without returning the used ones which makes it an area around the property property facilities staff service landline phone inconvenient too.

The service at the front desk was poor, I resented that they took a copy of my drivers license as a travel advisor I have never had a hard copy taken. I asked at check out for my copy they said it was policy to keep my copy and to be shredded in 30 days. I felt that a copy can be compromised. I did not receive the hard copy. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt as if it was an old recycled mattress.
