Set at the end of a private drive, the property opens to a mature fruit orchard and vineyard at the front, leading to a sprawling lawn with a gazebo, fire pit, and lounge seating. Around back you`ll find double professional pickleball courts, a swim spa, playground, basketball court, and an auxiliary building with a kitchenette and pool table.

Inside, the villa`s 9 bedrooms and 17 beds are spread across two wings — each with its own kitchen and private bedrooms — connected by a single door. It`s ideal for larger groups who want shared space with the option for some separation.

The villa sleeps 30 and is set up to host events. Additional fees apply for gatherings beyond 30 guests — just reach out before booking.

The entire property is for your use during your stay

Everything at the home is automated and self contained. If you do need assistance, messaging us through the app is the best approach.

Events that include more than 30 guests may have special event fees, and must be approved prior to booking. Feel free to inquire and tell us what you are planning, we`d love to work with you on your event.

Guests should bring their own Pickleball gear as none is provided on-site.

Maximum event attendance is 85 people. Events beyond 70 guests require a special permit from the city of Bluffdale.

Outdoor DJs and loud music is not allowed, to maintain the calm nature of the neighborhood.
Pet Policy:
We do allow pets upon request, there is a $150 per stay pet fee once your pet has been approved.

Neighborhood & Gatherings:
This home is the perfect place for your gathering, however the maximum occupancy in the home overnight is 30, any events that have more than 30 guests require prior approval, and will incur a separate event fee. Please inquire about your event specifically and we`ll be happy to assist you!

Smoking:
We do not allow smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping anywhere inside the home. You must be at least 10 feet away from an entrance to the home when participating in these activities.

Quiet Hours:
We ask that all outdoor activities and conversations be moved indoors at 10 PM, and not resume until after 8AM.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
