Excellent séjour!

Appartement tout à fait conforme au descriptif fourni. Pas très éloigné de l'aéroport, ce qui est bien agréable après l'avion. Très bien situé pour visiter la Martinique (proximité des grandes routes) et proche d'une très bonne boulangerie (3 minutes à pied) et d'un supermarché, cet appartement est très calme. Propriétaire discret mais disponible, Germain est très gentil et accueillant. Nous recommanderons volontiers cette location.

Très bon logement, hôtes sympathiques et agréables

Le logement est simple et très correct. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et très serviables. Un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil. Le logement est très bien situé pour rayonner dans le sud de l’île avec cependant un accès facile à la partie nord.

Mon séjour au sein de ce petit T1 bis est largement suffisant pour une personne séjournant seul ou en couple... Proche toutes commodités et surtout la chambre possède la climatisation et la cuisine a un frigo digne de ce nom...avec l'installation électrique adéquat pour préparer vos repas...! Pas WIFI cependant. Je recommande...

emplacement intéressant

Emplacement idéal pour profiter de toutes les plages du sud. Pour moi idéal pour une personne seule. Les propriétaires sont gentils, mais j'aurais apprécié des moments d'échanges autour d'un verre avec les propriétaires étant seule. N'oubliez pas les produits antimoustiques, ils sont redoutables malgré les moustiquaires aux fenêtres.

Bonne situation géographique

Ns avons essentiellement pris nos repas du soir.absents la journée . A proximité de la route principale ,facile pour se deplacer. Supermarché juste a côté et laverie.de petits stands sur la route permet d acheter et manger local.

Très bien pour une ou deux personnes. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Appartement fonctionnel. Mr Romer est très gentil, agréable, de bon conseil et discret. Vous pouvez garer la voiture devant le logement et il y a un portail, donc la résidence est assez sécurisée. Boulangerie et supermarché pas loin. idéalement située pour visiter le Sud de l'île. Seul bémol : pas de four et pas de volets.

Sympa mais...

Le studio est bien situé mais il y a une erreur sur les indications d'heure d'arrivée et de départ, ce qui a donné lieu à une incompréhension mais qui fut néanmoins vite réglé. Le GROS bémol de ce logement se trouve dans l'emplacement des WC qui se trouve à proximité de la chambre à couché, séparé par un simple muret... Bien pour une personne mais pas plus.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le logement de M & Mme Romer. Très bonne prestation, logement très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Notre déplacement était destiné à la remise en état d’un appartement, M. Romer nous a très gentiment prêté quelques outils qui nous manquaient. Couple très sympathique, je recommande vivement ce logement.

Agréable sejour

L'appartement est très bien placé pour visiter l'Ile. Excellent rapport qualité prix! De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont fait découvrir les arbres fruitiers de leur jardin ainsi que leurs productions (fruits, rhum, cacao, etc) Seul petit bémol la proximité de la route que l'on entend depuis la terrasse (mais pas dans la chambre). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons sans hésiter ce logement :)

Ce studio est très agréable, situé près des grands axes routiers et des belles plages du Diamant. Le propriétaitre est discret et très sympathique. 10 jours magnifiques dans l'île aux fleurs.
