Located in a quiet and residential area on the border of the municipalities of Sainte Luce and Rivière Salee, this villa enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the south of Martinique and the "Diamant" rock. On a clear day, you will even see Saint Lucia!
Its central location allows quick access to the most beautiful beaches and the main tourist sites in the south of the island between 8Km and 12Km (Sainte Luce and Le Diamant).
A supermarket and a bakery are located 2.2 km away. Other shops are also available in Rivière Salée, about 4.5 km away.

This villa of approximately 150m² has 2 levels:
a main level with:
-1 air-conditioned master bedroom with Queen size bed (160x200cm), small balcony, private bathroom with toilet
-2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (140x190cm)
-1 shared bathroom and separate toilet
-1 living room with sofa, armchairs and large screen television
-1 dining room
-1 equipped kitchen open to the dining room
-1 large covered terrace with dining area, as well as a second outdoor living room with a view of the sea and the "Diamant" rock
-1 large swimming pool of 32m² and its outdoor shower
-in the garden, in the shade of a majestic mango tree, a third dining area

-1 small terrace with a magnificent sea view
