Splendid stone-buit house, totally detached in extensive shady grounds, on edge of forests. Light and cosy interior, with character (old parquet floors, exposed beams, hexagonal floor tiles). Ground floor : entrance hall, lounge (library, fireplace), large living room/kitchen (dining area, kitchen area), laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), storage room, Wc, cellar. 1st floor : 2 corridors, 4 bedrooms each one with 2 single beds that can be joined on request to form king size bed. 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom. Wc. 2nd floor : 2 bedrooms (double bed or 2 single beds on request, small washroom with washbasin) (2 single beds). Cot on request. Outdoors : paved terrace. Extensive, flat and grassy grounds with trees, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful open view, hiking trail very nearby (the gîte has received the label Compagnon de Route). Bed linen & towels supplied free. Warm welcome from owners, winegrowers, who are living 500m away. If guests are interested, they can arrange a tasting of their Beaujolais wines. Villefranche-Sur-Saône 13 km, Lyon 45 km.
