Please refund my money

I would like a full refund. The place was filthy and under construction. The bathroom was leaking and the shower head fell on me There were pest in the bathroom and bedroom. The wall was damp. The bathroom door did not lock. No towels were provided. The room was not cleaned after day 1. At checkout the staff was demanding payments amd wouldn't let me leave. I am sorry I didn't take any photos as there were too many issues.

Well they cramped the toilet next to the sink and the drain smelled when washed it made the smell quite unpleasant. Also the shower was in the centre of the bathroom so when you showed i mean the water went everywhere sink toilet seat. Also during the day you had no sunlight due to the fact that it blocked out the sun in with required adjustments it could be nice . Beds were comfortable clean no problem there but the price look at the room before you go there look very closely at the room maybe it was just my room. For breakfast it was very limited nothing to excite about. And last but least there is a gym basic but good and pool table and there is a pool but could when I went in November maybe hot in the hot weather. If you are reading this I take no pleasure in saying these jobs that have to be properly looked at over wise location was great for Uber,taxis and shopping malls shop to you drop men watch out for your plastic.

the nightmare

I do not often d reviews but this shock I received, I need to alert. The apartment has not been cleaned 4 days while they promised to clean every days, no bed sheet change which is not coton but elastics, curtains are not functional. never go there again. the staff doen' speak English are not of good help.

اقل من المتوسط ..اقمت في شقه من غرفتين الشقه كانت واسعه ولكن السرير في غرفة الاطفال غير مريح جدا كأنك نايم على خشب.. والمظهر العام للفندق ليس جيدا ..بالنسبه للموقع جيد.. النظافة عادية.. لايوجد ما يجذب الا السعر فقط
