Disliked: Room comfort

Shabby hotel

Very poor experience - asked for iron for clothes, they provided partially damaged one and full of dirt. I cleaned the iron using the small towel in the room and was asked to pay for the towel as it had more than normal dirt!! Hotel claimed that damaged which was not the case but did not accepted their fault of handing a dirt accumulated iron which if not cleaned would have left my shirt non usabale for the day!!!
