Those people don’t care about something called heath emergency. I booked with me stay for 9 days; I got severly sick and had to go back to the states and they refused to refund my $1089.00 for the rest of the days. I explained for them it’s health issue and I don’t have insurance to be seen by doctors in KSA but the manager was so unprofessional and refused to refund my money. The hotel was not fully booked for him to refuse the refund.

Great hotel to discover Riyadh

Great hotel, really newly renovated. Very nice staff, free parking, gym, pool on the rooftop are fantastic to relax. Rooms are spacious and quiet.
