Guests enjoy five bedrooms with 3 bathrooms each featuring a shower and handy hair dryer. The space stays cozy year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning., as well as 2 fireplaces Whether relaxing indoors or gathering for a meal, this enchanting home offers a perfect retreat. Experience the magic of Roach at our phenomenal house. This house sits on the point of our cove overlooking the main channel. There is a covered patio and deck, as well as a patio on the side of the home for a firepit and charcoal grill. A boat slip comes with the house rental as well. There is a spiral staircase connecting the main and lower floors. 3 bedrooms upstairs w/2 bathrooms and a laundry room in primary closet for use, 2 bedrooms downstairs w/1 bathroom. There is a sitting area in the basement with a couch and chair, 55" smart TV, and electric fireplace. Upstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, a table for 6, a small sitting area, 55" smart TV and an electric fireplace. This charming tiny house is a newly constructed build with plenty of natural lighting. Come see what Lake of the Ozarks is about and enjoy the quiet side of our lake!
