This place was amazing! The room was spotless and super comfy. They had great air conditioning and all sorts of amenities. And the coffee shop? Oh my gosh, the coffee and food were to die for! I can’t wait to come back!

We just loved stay there. It was during hurricane Erin. They gave us a safe and lovely room. One staff member stayed on duty and checked on us various times throughout the night which was reassuring. Generator power came on when electricity went off. Staff came daily to replenish towels and anything we needed. We did manage a swim beforehand and it was really nice with excellent snorkeling. The swimming pool was great and food was good. We’ll be back

The facility is nice but the room was not as clean as I would desire. There was hair in the shower my super pet peeve! The staff was friendly and nice and went all out of their way to make us feel comfortable! The staff gets 5 stars! They were excellent! Thanks ladies!

Front desk staff and housekeepers we wonderful, security on the other hand needs to get it together as they claimed they didn’t see my name on their list of guests when returning to the hotel on the first night.
