This hotel was very convenient from I-81 and the family suite was exactly what our family of 5 and 1 dog needed. The staff was courteous and accomodating. I had to go to the lobby to ask for the sheets to the pull-out couch, but they had them ready to go and they were clean. Shower was hot and the beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was not included at this hotel, but that is understandable considering the price, and there were plenty of good food options nearby. Our dog also enjoyed the open field across the street to run and go potty.

The property was ok and a decent value. My issue is with communication between the hotel and Expedia. I am not sure who is to blame but Expedia listed the pet fee as $25. When I checked in for 1 night, I was charged a pet fee of $52. When I questioned it, I was told there was nothing they could do about the discrepancy and that no management was available to speak to but that I could see them in the morning. In the morning, I was once again told that no management was available but that they would pass my concern on. We chose the property partly due to the advertised pet fee so am not happy and no one seems to care. I will not stay here again.
