Great stay except one elevator was broken and the other was kind of jerky and loud which was a little concerning. A good weekend overall. Staff was always kind and helpful.

Great Place!

Pro…The desk people were kind and helpful. They presented themselves well. They were prompt when I ask for towels. The property was spotless and I’m EXTREMELY particular. The bed was excellent, so comfortable. The room was spacious as it was handicapped accessible. A microwave in the room would have been so nice. Also the coffee and tea being available the time was nice. The Cons…although there is a continental breakfast, it’s anemic. We only ate there one morning out of three. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Spark by Hilton

From check in to check out my stay was amazing. I forgot the young ladies name who checked me (young African American with a gray sweater) in at the front desk but she went above and beyond services. I am disabled and walk with a cane and she did everything and more to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe in the establishment. It was great to see her back on duty Saturday afternoon and she didn’t have to but as soon as she saw me walking she checked on me again and made sure I was doing well. I had never seen Sparks before but you better believe I will be returning as I visit the Roanoke area every three months.
